Helping Hands Ministries InternationalLogo Design Contest

#17 is interesting. I'm not sure I like the stars around it (seems a bit loud) and can we try some other options for the hands, I like the simple, but the detail / look of the hands seems maybe overly detailed with the fingers or maybe too small. Hummmm....

I like the font used in #16 with "Helping Hands" on the first row and "Ministries International" on the second row - like in #18.
I like the logo on the right of the text (#9, #10, #16, #14)
#9 has a nice shape and style, but I don't like the star pattern coming out.
#10 has the best looking of the hands.

Another design through: We are going to have multiple logos for our organization (one for the organization, one for a set of ministries, one for a store we have, ect...) I'd like to ties these together. One idea is to have a common "Helping Hands" above the line with the rest of the branding below the line "Ministries International", "Love in Action", "Thrift Store", "Oasis outreach", etc. And then use a base logo (like in #10, #17, #19, #9) on the left with a different simple symbol or design inside the base logo. Like Hands with a cross, and hands with a store, and hands with a heart - so that all the brands / logos are different but yet the same - that they should have a common thread, even with different logos, names, and possibly color schemes.

You can also comment on logos separately so there wouldn't be any similarities in the entries presented to you. It is better to have a lot of variant entries as much as possible.

Thanks, I like the new designs, but I'm not quite sold on the hands. The color contrast is very strong between the white and browns and it seems to visually overtake the design. Can we try a couple of other variations of the hands and color combinations - maybe soften the white and / or swap the colors of the backgrounds and accents and icons to put a bit more emphasis on the icons.

how would it look with the icon over top of the hand and partially transparent so you can see the hand through the icon?

I am so sorry sir, but another designer " okataktik" ask me to withdraw my entries
because he said it was the same as his entries. And he was first using the reaching out concept of 2 hands.

Don't worry, I will come back later for some new ones.

Sorry about that, I am just being careful about not being penalized for having similar designs.
Logo Tournament is my only source of income at the moment.

Hi again Sir,

I have uploaded a few new entries which I hope is equal to the ones I had withdrawn.
I decided to use hands that are grasping, touching to make a connection with your target audience
and followers.

If ever I win in your contest, part of the winnings too will go to our outreach program here in Manila.
We have a Christian outreach program which we take part every quarter of the year, helping specially kids
that are in need.

Anyway, if you still have more suggestions, don't hesitate to let me know.

Thanks for letting me know - I did like the previous ones. I really like the two reaching hands more than the grasping hands. Are there other reaching hands that we can use?

Also, how do we go about combining elements from multiple designs?

Can we try some lighter color schemes for the base image and hands? I'm thinking of adding more emphasis to the icon portion and allowing for icons or color schemes that vary for each brand. Also, is it possible to put the icon over the hand with a bit of transparency?

It seems like I am out of ideas when the one and only concept I originally had was the hands reaching out, too bad the other guy beat me into it.

Any new concept resembling Helping Hands would be futile if it would not be " hands reaching " as I can see from your type of selection.

I apologize if I could not do more of another idea, I feel bad not helping you.

But there is still time, maybe I could still beat your deadline somehow.

Thanks for you help - I really like your design ideas the best so far.
I have some ideas, but I'm also looking for something that I might not think of. #34 & #35 are examples of something I never would have thought of, but I really like - if you think of something else and unique that doesn't have the reaching hands I'd be interested.

btw, I do like your designs, even with the grasping hands, can we try one with a different - lighter color scheme that allows the icon in the graphic to stand out a bit more?

Mike, thanks for the designs - the grasping hands is just not setting well with me, the more I look at them the more it reminds me of something I don't want. I did like the original hands a lot :(
