Hi Creative Soul Designs, Thanks for your quick reply and nice work! I like the hand holding the bars. And I like the growth feel with the bars moving up. The swoosh adds a nice touch as well.
That being said, I like the yellow being included as in #4&5. And I especially like the yellow arrow circling the bars in #5. But #5 is missing the hand as you have nicely done.
I do miss the shaking hands (from the simple thing I created, shown in my samples), but maybe by trying to include some remnant of them wouldn't work or look good. Just a thought.
