This one strikes me the most lets work on fonts. & make it pop

I will work on this for you...
Do you want fonts with more flair?, maybe ornate?...or an original handscript?

Also, do you want to keep blues or are you open to other colors maybe as a secondary color?

oops #85 is a font.

#89 here's a different font...and on #90 with black on the font.
Do you want the one you have ranked 3 in black also...just et me know.

#64 I modified this one to include black and a darker blue drop shadow on #97

#98 I removed the gradients as an option since when going to printing sometimes the gradients don't print well so you may want to consider spot colors too...and on this one I used a darker blue.

#99 Trying the reverse
