That would work just fine. We would want the full vector file and the jpeg for HEED Children. Everything the same except for the name change. We will continue with HEED Uganda for the contest selection, & you will be our winner. Please let me know how to coordinate payment for the second logo
$200 feels high. It is exactly the same design except the change of the word Uganda to Children in the second version. You have already designed both. Please reply quickly as I have to select the winner shortly.
It would also be helpful to have the artwork portion of the logo, the kid, tree & sun as a separate element from the organization name for some uses. Would you also make that file available to us through the contest or would that be separate?
For the web, our web developer recommended a more horizontal layout with our past logo which was more of a vertical/stacked orientation. We wondered if we would need a version that is more horizontal (HEED Uganda to the right instead of below perhaps.) Or, do you think this format would work for our website as is?
I just met with my colleague, and we like what you have come up with so far. It is a good update from our current logo without jumping too far. We were thinking that we would need a stacked version of the logo as well as a horizontal for web, but this logo is kind of a hybrid for both.
What would you recommend?

There would be two versions. One is HEED Uganda and the other HEED Children for use in Uganda. Could you do one each way? How could this work in a rectangular space?
