I am about to select the winner but I want to be sure that I can get both versions as stated above, the black and the white background. Does it matter which one I select for the winner?

Yes in case you select my logo you'll get both versions since they're color variations of the same concept.

I agree with you that this one is the best among the cursive versions but in my opinion the original one looks more balanced.

Very cute. I loved the gold heart with the rooftop the best!!

I love how the house is incorporated into the heart but doesn't look like traditional rooftop realtor logos.

Love this one! Very simple, clean and elegant. Can you give me a few more options with the slogan in a different font? Maybe some sort of cursive font? Just to see how it looks. So far this is my favorite.
