A bit clearer icon without pipes

Please keep in mind that color hues could be easily changed (the darkness of black or the vividness of red). The main thing is a concept. Perfect logo needs to be good looking in black/white scheme / inverted.

Check out this one. Clean, simple and modern icon with a clean, lightweight sans serif typography.

Traditional elements of the design will be hard to trademark (note this) in this industry.

Seems like you tend to a bit overused concepts (based on my designs provided), I mean using 'windows' and common heart shape. Please advise. Thank you.

The logo needs to be good looking in landscape and portrait formats. That is why I provided you with both options for preview. These formats are needed for various corporate identity needs/items. For website f.e. the lanscape, for business cards or smth else – vertical orientation, etc.

I think I like the wording to be on side of the art in lieu of at the bottom. Still deciding. But love the design.

Proportions could be easily altered according to your preferences. I just made it big so you can see the icon.

The heart might be a bit big but like the design very much. Maybe play with the font of the slogan.
