I think you may have misunderstood my initial request. My apologies, I re-wrote it.

A) Non distressed letters.
No ampersand.
Fill in the negative spaces in the letters A and D in the words Heart / Grind

My partners and I like your logo. However we would like to see it with a few modifications.

A) Non distressed letters.
No ampersand.
Fill in the negative spaces in the letters A and D (the word "and" might subtly)

B) Black and white version

C) With the ampersand and non distressed letters.

D) different color scheme
