I "disassembled" a full circle into four parts and I re-arranged them so they form a modern cross.

I really like the first one, the one I ranked 2nd, but what I would like to see is something that doesn't make the medical plus so literal - possibly even playing off the H in Healthstart or my initials which are HH. This is why I have the other one ranked as #1 because you can see the plus sign but it's no right in your face

1. It is too late anyway since your contest will enter into the judging mode in less than 1 hour.
2. The concept with a cross included/added to an "H" (and/or it's derivated "HH" has already been done in your 1st ranked entry. According to this site's rules, the first designer who uses it owns all the rights of it. This means that no other designer can play with this idea excepting the designer who submitted it first. If you have mentioned it into your brief, it would have become available for everyone. If you like your 1st ranked design so much, why don't you go with it?
