Hi there I really like what you have done with the logo - the globe concept really appeals and I love the font you have used on the lettering. I would like the figure of the man with arms extended to be less gray (maybe more white) and for his arms to indicate an uplifting leader's pose (please see logo ranked at number 2 for example). Also perhaps intensify the colours on the globe to provide more contrast please.
