Hi

Here are some possibilities for you
Any of the design elements, color, font, illustration and illustration style may be altered, changed or interchanged.

Let me know your thoughts I will be happy to continue modifying these for you.

Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Teresa

Here's one of this one again with a different color arrangement and line only on the illustration to give you an idea if you want to use it as an open design for a pendant or pin.

I will also rework #48 in this manner for you.

Good Morning Teresa,
#75: I like but it was difficult to make out the bird. Took me a few times before I saw it. I really like the concept but could we concentrate on making the dog and cat more distinct and maybe instead of a single line where it looks like a snow globe, make it birds wings .
Thanks Dr. Kimberly

Hello Dr. Kimberly,

Thank you for your notes. I will need to try a different concept since this would be too near the one you have in 1st place since this is a protected concept for that designer..

I will brainstorm some other possibilities to make the bird more distinguishable and remove the circle.

As long as I am one of the top 5 I will be able to submit more entries throughout this phase of your contest..I will try to have something for you this evening.

Thank you!

Hi Dr. Kimberly,

Here are some modifications on the previous layout. The dog breed can be any you like.
I added a parrot since it is more distinguishable. also the variations have varying open lines to visualize a pendant and/or solids of the same design. Also added a script for your name on one. Color arrangement can have more alternatives including solid navy or blue with the parrot in white for a one color design. I will try that an upload it before I sign off.

I will check back sometime tomorrow evening with you.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Thank you,
Teresa

Here are 3 more...the stylized hands can be more realistic if you like and maybe into a heart if no other designer has done that yet.

I will check back...
Hope you have a restful evening!

Good evening Teresa,
#101: Like it a lot !!! It is very simple and elegant and from a distant you can distinguish the animals easily. I have a tough decision to make in the remaining hours. Thank you very much for your designs. I will be passing everyone's logo around to my staff, family, and friends to help me make the final decision.

Good evening Teresa,
If you hadn't read the public comment I typed about black and white, I wanted to point it out personally. A lot of documents aren't printed in color and some designs look great in color but terrible in black and white. I want my logo to stand out and look good in either format.
#111: Is there a way to modify your design in such a way to be recognizable if printed in black and white. It was #113 that gave me the brain storm. As a sillouette you back lit the bird so you could see him in the dog. But #111 if printed in black and white would lose the bird. You are the artist but if you outlined each animal in white, would that make them stand out individually in black and white.? I will let you play with that. Thanks ever so much. Dr. Kimberly

Good Morning Teresa,
My husband pointed out my error , that I don't want black and white. He said I wanted gray scale.
#111 looks good in gray scale. My husband"s new complaint is from a distance, when small (like on a business card) he has trouble making out the silhouette. Can you somehow make them more distinctive and obvious from a distance.
Thank you, Dr. Kimberly

Hi Dr.

Here are 4 variations...I completely reworked the illustration of the dog and cat.
The dog is a friend's German Shepherd name Josie, she is gorgeous!!
The cat is my landlord's...her name is Mamma Kitty...a precious kitty.
I am forever taking pictures of all kinds of animals and botanicals since I do a lot of fine arts and graphics with them.
My husband and I use to raise parrots so macaws, cockatoo and hook bills I am very familiar with them.
These are original illustrations. I may need to reduce the lines more to have them more graphic style if you don't want it realistic. The gray scale is actually pantone grays but they can be %s of black.

I worked quite a bit on these, but can still alter them for you if needed to simplify them. If you want to go back to a silhouette or silhouette outline I will need to do a profile of the cat again and may need to do something else because of Josie's long tongue :-)

I look forward to your notes on these and will try to check back this evening...if not tomorrow morning sometime...it's a busy weekend for me.

Thank you!
Hope you are having a restful weekend

one other thing I noticed...for all black...you will need a space between Healing and Hands.

Wow Teresa,
#132 is great.! I love it. I have a German Shepard, big fat cats, and hookbills. This will be a tough decision in the next two hours. Your design is very mature and grown up. I need to figure out what message I need to send with my logo.
Thank you for all your work, Dr. Kimberly

Thank you!!
I appreciate your kind comments.
I understand...there is a big difference between a playful, youthful logo and a mature one.

If you want me to attempt something in between using the position of the illustration I have right now...I may be able to change it to more playful...just let me know....if you go the other way I understand.

Have a great evening!
