#4: could a globe be incorporated into this design somehow...possibly instead of the star in the middle?
#1: could the image at the top of the design be a little less active? we want it to draw attention, but not be "too much"
#3: could the image immediately on top of the name of our organization be hands "holding" a globe or something similar to this idea?
