Thank you for taking the time to submit two beautifully designed logo concepts. I really like the layout, font and subtle reference to the origins of the name. Would you consider trying an alternative icon in the logo and maybe colour scheme? It does not need to reference the Hazelwood tree but could be something that considers the focus of the business: leadership development, people solutions, strategy and high performance.
