I like the thinking. could you try something where the swirls aren't quite so perfect, and maybe without the needle. thank you

I combined a needle with an abstract haystack and I obtained a magnifying glass (suggesting searching) and a target with an arrow (suggesting the finding of the right person).

Please let me know if you would like to see any revisions (fonts, colors, layout etc).
