Input from the family is that the grass stalks seems more like we're a grain company......Love the design simplicity, great font/layout. Super-clever with the bird wings, but everyone seems to want the feather to be the main identifier, (and as close in design/color to the one we found on-site and uploaded). So direction....same font, no grass, no bird, but incorporate the feather (quill on left side if centered on top and no span wider than between W and D....or perhaps if you decide a better/cleaner way to display the feather, we're open to your creative ideas. Thanks again. 2 years ago giza commented on #45 Withdrawn And here's my revision using the mountain profile. Thanks! 2 years ago giza commented on #44 Withdrawn Hi John, thanks for the feedback, here's my revision. The concept for this design is the initial letter of the name, HM, using the element of the name itself while keeping it clean and simple. Hope I'm working on the right direction. 2 years ago HawkMeadow commented on #14 Withdrawn This is an awesome start! Let's do some experimenting if you don't mind....remove 'private' and center the 'ranch'. Move the two grass stalks/wing down a bit so the wing is slightly above the Hawkmeadow and 'ranch' is between them. (Might have to lengthen the stalks a bit to fit the 'ranch' between them). Could I see a version with a flat line bottom border with a profile of the mountain that I uploaded? (Not solid, but just the mountain profile). It might make it too busy, but probably worth a look. I love the cleanliness! Will likely want some sort of boarder in the final version that is horizontal, not square. GREAT work!! John 2 years ago
