Thanks for the feedback. Just to let you know, I usually provide additional source files in several vector formats (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG), high resolution bitmap versions (JPG, transparent PNG, Photoshop, TIFF, favicon) including color codes, the fonts used.

With the industry standard Adobe Illustrator the design is in CMYK colors.

scrap my previous comment about changing the roof line. its perfect the way it is. I would still be interested in the pms color codes.
