the pile does not look very realistic. make the pile solid color all the way to the top. then just show the material dropping onto the top

i would make the top of the pile solid white.

any room to add the conveyor in the background? can you make the material falling into the pile look more like sand vs cubes?

add background, as in the logo you already have

can you put yellow saftey vests on the crew? vs the overalls they are wearing?

maybe add some female or darker skinned workers too
