I really like the icon you created but it doesn't quite look right when integrated into the word as above. Maybe there is some other imagery besides a rain drop that can be used to convey the idea of water. Also want a more flat logo, so less 3d shading etc. something that can easily be printed on plaques etc that can't print in FULL color

Thanks for the submission! The colors are great! They are looking for something that integrates into the name more, less of an Icon with the name and more of a integrated logo with some sort of water imagery. if we an try something that isn't a simple rain drop that would be great!

Great design! Can you try to integrate the imagery into the words as well? And maybe flatten the image ?
