Your still in the running, but it is not feeling world class quite yet. Try some different fonts, put it on a black as well as white back ground. Make it really simple yet unique

Take the windows out and put a heart in its place. Then remove the heart above the S in Harts.

Its a little to much. Simplify some so we can have the heart and also house in a different way. Also change font. Your in the running.

Like the design. Lets try to make is a little cleaner. Then put on a black back ground also lets see it on an orange background too. You are off to the races already.
