Can you make the red a deep red with darkening perimeter, almost to black?

We are leaning towards this one. My broker just let me know that the KW reference should either just be "Powered by Keller Williams" or "Powered by Keller Williams Realty" (versus "Real Estate").

Can you make the red a little deeper in color?

It would be nice to have the house slightly larger as well as "Hartke Properties" slightly larger so it stands out when people are driving by my yard signs.

This is my favorite of all logos

still my favorite; just need the house image to be larger, my name to be slightly larger, and the keller williams reference to be slightly smaller.

I'm not sure if I can, but I would like to finalize this logo with you after the minor changes so that I can use it in a luxury home magazine. They are going to the printers early next week.

Perhaps you could leave the font for "Powered..." the same size, but slightly increase "Hartke Properties" and maybe the NCW. The NCW font size should stay between the other two font sizes. Eventually I would like to expand to Seattle and at that time have you make another logo exactly the same, just changing out the "NCW" with "Greater Seattle", or wherever else I want to venture into. This is by far my favorite logo out of all the logos I've gotten.

Also, I would like to see this with the house/keys enlarged; taking up a little more of the logo.

Can you make the middle part of the house black as well?

This is our favorite; nice play on my last name. Can you make the house and heart-keys larger. And maybe make a few options of this; maybe add black or blue somewhere.

This is the first logo received. I like it but want to see other ideas. Do have anything in mind with outline of a house next to a river? Or use of some black as well. I will want the signs to stand out when driving by.
