In design #1 I like the clean vibe and the bold to regular font play but he HS isn't really doing it for me. It's a good idea I just don't like that version.

#2 is in the running but needs some work. Not sure what but there's something about it I like.

Could you maybe do some tweaking of #5 and throw property maintenance down below it. I like the look and color or it.
