I like it. Thank you. However it is not quite perfect. Is it possible for me to have the logo in a format where I can still tweak it myself? I'd like to play around with it a bit and it's so difficult to try to describe in words!

I'd probably take out the s-curve of the water and just have a slightly slanted line upwards from left to right to divide water from sun/sky. Id try solid blue for the water below the line. Then make the sun larger with less rays to keep it more simple. Maybe even just have the top half be a sun?

Cleo- I know I need to make a selection. You are definitely the designer who wins, but I am deciding between the sunrise and lighthouse.
Would you be able to do one more tweak for me? Could you try using this logo (#203) and just use the picture, vertical line, and the letters HCD stacked so it could fit into a square window?

Yes, this is what I meant.

However, I like how the water goes to the left edge in the image of #211. Can you do that with this image (#210)? Also, I would move the sun down so that the horizon is near the midline of the image (like in #207).

My goal is to make it look like a sunrise over a beach

I have another idea- let's just eliminate the white color of the "river" area and make that part a continuation of the blue area. So white sand, blue water, white sun, grey sky. The sunrise can be coming up right over the water

I love it! The only part of the image that throws me off is the small band of gray near the left side of the bottom of the sun. Either we should widen it or eliminate it, I think. Thank you!

Cleo- looks great! Will you try just a slightly more bold font for my name?

Also, when I get the logo, would I be able to get the lighthouse image both on its own and with the entire logo? Like, I may need that for apps where the logo needs to fit into a square space.

Lastly, what do you think of the lines surrounding the word "dental" now that my name is there too? It seems a little visually busy to me. Any ideas to help with that?

Also, will you add my name underneath the logo as Hillary V. Knight, DDS. See how it looks in caps and maybe stretched out. Smaller than the wording of "dental".

Cleo, could you make the detailing of the railing on the lighthouse a little more simple? Perhaps just a straight line? So it would be easy for small printing or embroidery?
