Comment Activity eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn Before you make a final pick please use the google image search for overused logos for your industry. Thank you for the nice contest and good luck! 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #113 Withdrawn Agreed on the tag line.....feel free to submit without it....I am asking others to do the same....also...feedback from several that in the submissions keeping Harbor Care Center all the same size...thank you 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn Some more revisions submitted for your and your team consideration. Thanks 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn I provided you with several variations of the identity block. Suggestion: if you have such a long tagline, you shouldn't use it as a mandatory element of your logo. Instead, it should be properly used in other places of your identity items. For example as a leading/ header message on your website or business card, etc. Just trying to maintain a clean, simple and trustful look. 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn Revisions submitted. Please let me know if you need anything. Thanks 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #113 Withdrawn Yup...get the flexibility in color and placement of the wording....in presenting to the team I am working to have the look be similar so they are focussing on the image 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn Ok. Anyways, colors could be changed easily. This is not a problem. The main thing is a concept itself. Btw, #113 is a portrait version of the logo. I am going to provide you with the landscape. Techincally, you need both for various corporate identity needs. Regarding the line: I tried to be simple and clean. But if you want it, I can certainly add it. Thanks. 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #113 Withdrawn Great question...still pondering ....the blue and orange are good...if/when I get that feedback will pass along....we just sent our survey. 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn Sure. Will do. Do you want me to keep this color scheme or should I switch to blue/green one? 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #113 Withdrawn Thanks for all the submissions....this is still a great contender .... can you put the wording Harbor Care Center to the right and leave off the byline? Your doing great! 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn seems like I am loosing the contest ;) 6 years ago eximius commented on #141 Withdrawn oh.. this one was awesome :)) 6 years ago eximius commented on #143 Withdrawn if you look close you can see two hands form H letter inside the circle 6 years ago eximius commented on #142 Withdrawn the abstract umbrella (caring, protecting theme) 6 years ago eximius commented on #118 Withdrawn Ok. No problem. Thanks for the feedback 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #118 Withdrawn Don't like it too handy....too specific....love the other two hearts and that direction 6 years ago eximius commented on #118 Withdrawn a message of connection, warmth, caring, kindness, wisdom.. 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #113 Withdrawn Yes...I like it. It also has four edges and we have four core service areas...nice....not so literal 6 years ago eximius commented on #113 Withdrawn Some abstract design. Have you noticed a heart incorporated? 6 years ago eximius commented on #103 Withdrawn Ok. Thanks. And yes, forgot trees :) 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #103 Withdrawn Yup....I hear that....here is another one that is interesting...that breaks that mold.....http://chcc.org/i-need-help/food-clothing-shelter/ 6 years ago eximius commented on #103 Withdrawn I will check that. But you should know that common associations with your industry (in terms of logos) are: heart, pointy v-men, hands, leafs and flowers which reflect care, warmth, affection, etc. Just so you know. 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #112 Withdrawn Yes, better font....thanks 6 years ago eximius commented on #103 Withdrawn #112 in spite the fact that this design is also uses common associations with your industry it has a unique touches like a house roof. It communicated all three things you've stated in the brief. Colors could be changed though, to something soothing. Let me know if you need to change colors. It's quick and easy. 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #103 Withdrawn We are in the early stages of the center, but here is a website of a similar center in Chicago....we however have found ourselves in the middle of serving students in our local school district and teens in particular that are abandoned or have left unsafe situations....maybe this will help inform the process. https://www.willowcreekcarecenter.org/ 6 years ago eximius commented on #103 Withdrawn I'd consider #107, #112 (i've changed color to orange and more clean font). :) 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #103 Withdrawn I hear that for sure....we get what we asked for ..... had similar feedback from a few outside folks that I have looking through submissions. Will jump back and view 107. Thank you. If you were to think completely out of the box, what would you do? 6 years ago eximius commented on #103 Withdrawn I'd like to draw your attention to #107 instead of this. It is better that this one. Because this particular design could be overused in your industry (you can search for google images). It's constructed from very basic shapes and associations that is why you may see very alike-designs.. Just honest with you. 6 years ago HarborCareCenter commented on #103 Withdrawn I really like the submissions...so clean, and modern....the heart one as well....will sit with these for a bit and as our team weighs in will pass along specifics....looking for a clean, modern simple font 6 years ago
