Let's drop the colors for black & white (or greyscale) for now.
We can even drop the words...
For the shape, I'd like to try some different things with the edges -
- wheel on top
- wheel in back
- wheel between triangles
I think I understand why you did the edges the way you did. The intersection I've circled would need to be on top to continue the pattern, but there aren't enough intersections to have a regular pattern.
Please try rotating the triangle *slightly* 10-15 degrees. So that it looks *odd* or *wrong* (off balance).
Also try to pull the wheel down & to the right. To suggest that the wheel is pulling at the triangle (or maybe that the triangle is being used to get the wheel unstuck).
I can’t tell without seeing it, but if it looks *just wrong enough*, it might draw attention. Make people look a second time.
Understood, so for the colors we can try any color combinations and you compare between them, and for second idea of the wheel motion, i suggest and i recommend using only one triangle + Wheel . in this way we can play on the movement . anyway i'll try with one or two triangle . no worry Sir .
Can you try to pull in a dark brown? (Pull s.t. From the tapestry on figma?)
Might not work… but *maybe* (brown for the current gold and light blue for HANDS) OR dark brown for dirty OR inner triangle OR wagon wheel.
Also, maybe rotate the logo a little clockwise… to suggest motion. Could even pull the wheel to the right inside the triangles. Moving the center to suggest motion. Probably down and to the right (“get things going downhill”).

Kinda reminds me of this ;)

This version is rotated 90 degrees. I'd like you to try to rotate the TRIANGLE at a *funny looking* angle. 10, 15, 24... I don't know exactly.
And make it look:
1. Like the wheel has moved the triangles
OR
2. The triangles are moving the wheels (as with a lever)
This is why I asked for the wheel to be moved down and right...

So, let's try to rotate the triangle to make it look *wrong*... Let me try with the basic tool I have on my machine...

Let’s see if we can get the off balance thing to work & then return to the colors last…
