WE really like your logo so far, could you make the following adjustments please:
1) Change spelling to specialised (not specialized)
2) Place the graphic part of the logo on the opposite side but still in the same positioning ie mirror
3) Emphasise the Hand and Upper Limb part of the slogan

It might also be worth trying the graphic on the opposite side of the text, I am trying to imagine an arm draping beside the main text.

And perhaps trying the opposite so from this current position rotating clockwise 180 degrees.
