#38 I like this concept, as well as the similar ones. Here's a takeoff on it that I'd like to try: A representation of the state of Michigan as the base (on the ground), with a hand reaching up out of it (as if a young person in West Michigan is reaching up for help), and a hand coming down from above toward it (as if to help it up).
#70 This is close! Let's try the following: 1) Enlarge Michigan slightly and extend it downward so that the entire lower peninsula is shown. 2) Reduce the size of the bottom hand (reaching up), and make it so that it comes out of a point somewhere near Grand Rapids, MI on a map. 3) Make the upper hand (reaching down) larger than the lower hand, to make it clear that it's an adult reaching down to help a child. 4) Center the words "Hand Up" underneath in the same size as they are now, with "Fund" in smaller font underneath Hand Up.
