Can you move the Hancock Construction down a little from the logo and add a full filled in blue box around the word HANCOCK and change the letters in HANCOCK to white and add a thin line that creates a partial box around the top of HANCOCK CONSTRUCTION. This should start at the C in Construction and go up and around the top and down to the last N in Construction. Is this possible?

Can you make this line look like the dashed line in the center of a driving road?
