Yea your close on this one. Instead of arrows, can you make long narrow triangles? Make hail scope purple and the triangles and 360 green. The point of the triangles should be pointing to the outside

Needs a different font, more modern racing

Take the national hail team off, and drop the 360 down centered with arrows going opposite directions.
