not loving the KW at the bottom, and still too much red, in both logos. Maybe close the gap in the fence and change the color of the fence to black, and try the border in red? on both of your logos...

could you bring a few more lines to the building? maybe more black and less red in the logo. Add KW Keller Williams and find a way to frame the logo out in some modern way?

like the general idea, but could use some color (red and grey), and a little (just a little) more three dimensional aspect to it
