I am told that the KW Keller Williams needs to be similar font size to Gus Brown Properties, in order to meet legal requirements. Can you increase, maybe just a little smaller than Gus Brown Properties? Also, add more vertical rails in fence on right and left side to make it symmetrical...

how about this ?

Can you make the type in GUS BROWN PROPERTIES a bit larger? even if you have to stretch the logo vertically a little? add more horizontal posts to the fence to make it symmetrical & expand the KW Keller Williams the same % as the logo increase...

outside line a bit thicker

maybe make the gray outside line a bit thicker and either keep the red the same or maybe make it just a bit narrower? thoughts? just a very small change in size

I like it. Try the outside bands in Gray (outside) and red(inside) Lets see hoe that looks if there is a little color added...

Can you stretch it so it is longer from side to side? and add a second roof line with window?

Try making Gus Brown properties a little bit smaller and see if that helps

Specializing in Equestrian Properties, Farms & Estates, and put it inside that logo? I like the look of the image, but not the layout....

try to incorporate a building similar to your building you used in logo #17 and change the tree to something with only one head on it. I would like to see my tag line added, and it would be nice to see the logo framed out in some different , modern way...

Better but I think I prefer a tree with the style like the logo I have provided and I do like the house design in your other logo

similar to what I have in the example I uploaded. I don't know if you can find a way to take the modern feel of what you have and incorporate it into the example I provided that has the horse, fence and tree included?

I like this, but not a fan of the birds, and I would like to see the house be a little more three dimensional. The tree could be one round clump instead of two, but it is ok. Really like the style of horse, fence, and use of the logo... Is the color a dark brown or black? or is it my eyes? prefer black...

Can you give me instruction ,what kind of horse do you want? Thanks

kinda like this, but the horse isn't doing it for me. I really want the horse to work that is my business, but it isn't.
