I really like this logo. Can you change layout of this to the layout like 1st rank?

Also, I prefer the G in uppercase and the ulf in lowercase for GULF

I like the Gear Logo w/ the wave in the middle.

I think our domain maybe change to Gulfim.com, so maybe we could put Gulf IM or GulfIM with Gulf Industrial and Marine along the bottom? Trying to get the domain name across when someone sees the logo.
