No problem, we can change the color to make it subtle as per your liking... And did you noticed ? Both the icons form a medal like appriance, which conveys awards.

I liked the yelo bar treatment... It feels a little heavy and the yelo isn't the right color.. cause its so strong.. but I kinda liked this approach with the staggered type.
