When it comes time to embroider this logo, there will be trouble translating the thin pinstripes in between the GT. Can you make those areas a bit larger? (thicker)

Nice exploration with your fonts. I think it would be a good idea to work with to one color for now whilst working out the font choices.

Huge potential! Steer away from the oblique text ( or make them both oblique but choose one or the other). Maybe try one where the red line over celebration is a continuation of the "T" in terms of height.
