these feel a bit like a sketch (not crazy about) - i guess because they are so light colored. Would like to pop more and arrow seems to go backward (right to left) - ideally it would go forward and either into the "action" of the text or forward and up and out (Lower left to upper right) or right to left would possible better signifiy growth. Wouldnt mind seeing more versions playing with icon and beefing up visual impact
