Like the idea. Like the strong font and emphasis on Growth. Wouldnt mind seeing different arrow approaches or different similar treatments to other letters - something about the arrow poping up bugs me a bit. Not sure why./

59 reads as a "V" to me and #60 feels architectural/Louis Kahn ish - so not crazy about. I was thinking more about the arrow tucking under T or being part of the left side arm of the T - i worry it will look or communicate "Held back or penned in" but was thinking the arrow would be part of letter like entry #23, 24 and 1

Great stuff - like where you are going with this - ! was about to say 61 looked like candle but i see 63 and it is really cool - a bit feminine but like it - let me go work on rankings again!

for the block design #84 - could the right face have more of and up L to R arrow design than a face? does it look odd that way?

Dear Lin - welcome to round of 5 !

I liked your 103# best based on where things went - though i still have heart for the plant theme look - just nothing pops and it seems they always empahsize one or two or so letters whcih seems odd.

for this go i would like to see:

1. would "Growth Strategy" or some other multi-word approach be better than just "growth" early on there were some designs like this that i liked lliek #40, #46, and #70 - but the icons did not hold up - so they did not make it. Would you consider variations on the word blocking? - I still like the overall compactness and boldness of your current design and would not want to make logo too long. exploratory.
2. the arrows currently point to the left - would it ruin the look if they went from lower left to upper right - pointing to upper right most corner of block? would like to see.
