Please consider the differences in complimentary colors, cool, warm colors..what you are feeling about the message you are portraying in your logo. Also consider the differences between the size and texture of elements as lines.
If you see anything that is of interest that can be transposed please let me know...elements from these can create a new design..
I will work with you beyond just the design based on application needs...if you have any questions please feel free to ask me.
Hi Tere, thanks for all your great contributions. We're talking them over now and trying to come up with some feedback for you. Overall I think we like #153 the most, but something still is missing a little bit and we don't know how to describe it. #161 and #162 are perhaps a little too much on the feminine side. We probably will target women more than men, but we don't want to scare every guy away ;) Overall the "organic" feel is great, and if you have any other inspirations we would love to see them. I think we're trending towards combinations of greens, browns, and a little bit of yellow. Hope this give you something to work with! Cheers.
Hi Tere, thanks for the comments. I think we are trying to stay away from looking too food oriented, so plants are good, anything leafy is good, but a plate of vegetables doesn't work as we want to still be able to convey overall wellness and health, not just diet. Hope this helps! Have a great weekend.
These are can be altered to other leaf types, altered in color combinations or simplify to a single color, Primarily it is the style of line that I'm presenting and the overall layout, color combinations and illustration can be anything you might want to see.
If you could let me know if the last entries are or not what you envision for your logo then I can try some other possibilities for you while in this top 5 phase
Consider the type of line/stroke the arrangement of the layout/vertical/horizontal, the color combinations and color brightness or neutrals, font for name the same or more feminine or curls?? or more blocked san serif or serif fonts??
What is it that you like about #153 specifically...line, stroke, color, vines, shadow? if you can let me know it will help
Let me know and I'll add some other designs for you with the leaves
We've been thinking about any other direction we can give you and the other finalists for the judging round and it's tough because while they are all great! I think for #153 we really like the hand drawn effects, like how the tomato is sort of only partially shaded and colored, and the brushstrokes give a nice artistic feel to it. The plant vines are a bit all over the place and perhaps appears a little too busy. It will make it tough to create a clean logo for the web or potentially an app if we decide to make one.
The best advice I can give is to take the style of the tomato and create something that communicates earthiness, environmentally conscious, but also something healing and nurturing. Something that is just starting to grow and needs to be taken care of.
That's the best I can explain it, if you want to know more please feel free to ask. Thanks for all your hard work!
If you are wanting to do an app with the logo it needs to be very simple to be seen in a small icon ...is that correct? Now I think I understand... Do any of the leaves or style being altered appeal to you? I can add 'growth' I have another logo that I've never sold ...it's a garden glove with a seedling in it that I could modify in some way ...because it's real colorful it may not work...but I could simplify it if the concept also appeals to you.
One is the letter 'g' as a vine One I considered the colors in the one you have 5th One is the letter 'V' in vegan...I check and couldn't find any other entries like this one as that would be a protectable concept.
I worked on the garden glove with the plant in the palm of the glove but another designer used a hand so I don't think I can use that one...
If there is anything you see that you would like please let me know...
Thanks for all your hard work Tere, #197 is really pretty and you have been more than responsive to try anything. I think we are pretty close to making our decision and while I would love to keep giving you ideas, I'm not sure what else to say and I don't want to take up your time when we aren't sure what to tell you to do next.
