This is nice. A fresh direction. We want to make sure that teachers get the sense that this is an applied workshop- not just theoretical. Can the plant come off the blackboard? Like extend beyond the confines of the board? You might play with having them become more real too (not chalk) when they leave the board. Looking forward to seeing where this one goes....
Also, our workshops are mostly focused on edible plants (vegetables). Just something to keep in mind when you play with plant designs. (a beanstalk has been a key design element for our non-profit's logo - see www.dcgreens.org)
