Entry 4: I like the fontwork for the company name and the contrast with the tagline. I like the spherical logo, but am not sure it would bring to mind what we do if it were seen alone. Might make someone think of a martial arts studio instead. Perhaps you could take the concept and modify it - somehow enhance the idea of different things coming together over a distance?
Entry 2: I like the circular image of different things being joined together, but had a difficult time seeing that they are heads at first. Perhaps you could use a different shape to convey a similar idea. The joining point in the middle made me think of a light or spark.
