I like the design and would like to see more variations of it. Also, can you change the font style. One last thought -- while I appreciate the many colors, we are hoping to keep it to blue and orange. Can you come up with designs using those colors only too? Thanks!

I like the figure using the X, but alone it does not symbolize a team or group. Can you come up with an idea that does that too?
