#24 - Can you get rid of the shadow under the "G" please. And can you give me this in a blue option like #22

I was also thinking about a rock, around the logo with the top of it being a chart....like the old prudential logo (get a piece of the rock (google it) but have the words be in the "rock" outline and the top of the outline would be a "chart"....hope that isn't to confusing....

#30 - can you take the grey bars off the "g" area and complete the G a little bit more at the top so it still looks like an arrow.
