This is another simple approach, I introduced the mosaic shape in the O and a minimal roof above it

I simplified the shape and left only a house that is centered and blending in the mosaic M design

I changed the font in a sans serif one which also look elegant but more modern

I improved the logo by adding houses into the design which are blending like puzzle pieces in the mosaic.
It's very unique, compact and different.
Please let me know your thoughts!

Diamond shaped because the square is rotated 45 degrees, there are 2 triangles one at the top and one at the bottom and if you remove them results an M letter.
The concept is a mosaic M diamond shaped :)
I will incorporate something to connect the design with a house but I thought that you want something different that don't involve house or buildings.

Letter M "mosaic" concept unique and far different than other real estate logos, the margins are inclined to give impression of a roof, also a triangle to emphasize power and positivity , the overall look is clean, fresh and elegant.
