Can we make this charcoal grey, take out the twinkle and the ball?

I think I like this one better than the one's with the man. Like the Font, would like to see what you can do with the Just the grinders and making a simpler backround

This is the same version of the previous design but without slogan, for the hat!

Love your color scheme and font would like to see some more ideas, maybe with a guy holding a grinder and sparks flying, or any other ideas you may have

I like all three Ideas that you have submitted so far as a jumping off point. Would like to see more incorporating some off the notes that I have posted with all three.
