Please explain the scale on the (E) however, we really like the design

Increasing the scale on the "E" is a way to balance the weight of the the "G" in a symmetrical logo. It isn't a must by any means.

Can you show me some more contrast in the logo?

I want to maintain some grey in the logo, but comments are coming back that it doesn't pop. Can you look at the CIA logo and try and change the colors to bring the logo out more

I have refrenced an orange that might make the light pop between the grey scales. It looks like there is light coming out of the box and instead of white, maybe that orange or play around with the concept, but we really like the design
