Here's my concept.I used the Initial GLV to form icon...As you can see..the letter L is in Gray color the V is in light gray color and the G is the overall design..Also you can separately use the name of the company because i made it also a trademark...You can see in the letter G in light there was a Arrow that represent the capital management / private equity
