We really like the font and colors. Could you try to design an icon with a capital G in which small bands of light radiate outward from the G? Almost like subtle radar signals projection outward from the G. Keep it very simple.

We like these colors and the direction you are taking the icon. Any way to incorporate a "G" into the icon. Also, feel free to play with all lowercase letters. We'd be curious to see what that looked like. Good work on incorporating the bar chart concept into the logo.
