Can you put a black outline around the top red arch, just like is around the bottom. So if we put it on a red background it would help to make it stand out

Can you switch the red and blue, so that the majority of it is red. To see what it looks like. And remove the words underneath at the bottom.
Is there a way to get horses more like the logo I submitted? Or do you need me to send those?
