Hi,

I like the layout of #2 best.

I'd like to use the umbrella element as a stand-alone image of the logo at a later date - for times when we don't need to use the full logo in watermark documents, etc. So this piece is looking great and heading in the right direction.

Can you take the gloss umbrella of #3 and insert that into #2 please (but change angle to 90 degrees as in #2).

Bring the drop-shadow effect below the text.

Give me that version.

Also - I wonder how it would look if we bring the text under the umbrella - i.e., smaller text or larger umbrella - perhaps it will look too busy? You could make the text stronger with colour and 'fade' the umbrella a little.
