good jod I like the idea of putting the shape over the letters, but I would suggest some fruit form or leave to make the link between the logo and the products we will sell so if you try something like making the triangle of a shape of strawberry or something I'm not that good at design but the ideas is that you see the logo and inmediately know is fruit or fresh products or fresh food related you know, for the rest may could try different fruity colors (yellow, red, and else) and letter cases to see how it looks ok,
