Looking to separate text and art--not overlay the two. But I like the colors and like the way you are starting to combine the mountains and the framing. But a upward pointing "figure" can suggest both mountains and roof lines, so maybe you don't need both?

Going for a bit cleaner and simpler, so welcome variations that do that. Icon only (no text) or icon with just "Est. 1983" etc etc. Or separate the words and art vs overlaying them. And make it so it could fit into a square--as this still looks a bit more rectangular

really liked the woodgrain look, but have been advised that detail is apt to get lost as this logo would get replicated/copied onto various types of materials. And also, that there is not enough contrast between the green and gold. Like the fonts and like the saw blade in this one. But also looking to now separate the wording from the icon/art a bit. Your "framing" at the top also suggests mountains (a little) so how else can you work it to make that top icon/art not only suggest framing/timbers, but also mountains?

Please try a Bigger frame structure that sets atop Green Mountain...please show a few different sizes

create some contrast amongst the components....perhaps a lighter color sawblade. or a lighter color green mt timber frames and make frame above green bigger / more predominant

perhaps a lighter brown wood color
