The marijuana leaf in white draws me away from this design. Also, the image seems too busy. The more I look at the olive green the more I'm thinking we need to focus on more vibrant colors. The logo is meant to stand out and be an eye catcher while not drawing too much attention away from the intent of the site.

Logo seems too busy with the image up top. I like the marijuana leaf in the image. However, the font/color seems too plain.

I like how you used the G with the cross in the middle. Very creative. Font seems too plain and the olive green doesn't stand out.
