I hope really that's you'll select this one since it conveys the real estate identity simple way.

The house icon and the letters are big enough so even at a small scale your clients can still see them ! (and that's a very impertant thing)

In the design ranked as 1st, once you'll scale it down you won't notice the house icon!

Note also that it can work perfectly in Black & White and especially with/without the tagline !
